Mince is put into the bunker for minced meat. As the refrigerated mince is easier to form, bunker is equipped with cooling system for keeping constant temperature - about 4-8°. Automatic mince forming not only makes the cooking process significantly simpler, but also much faster. Absence of human factor allows working more efficiently and, as a result, significant increasing in profits.

Cooking process is made in the following way:

A cook just installs the skewer into the machine; the machine automatically threads and shapes the mince. After that, a cook simply sets a skewer with ready mince on the grill where shish kebab is being cooked.

GrillThe idea is to simplify the process of cooking, as well as effective presentation of the process of kebab roasting. Skewer with meat is set at the highest point of the grill in special slots (fasteners), where the process of roasting starts. Skewer automatically rotates for uniform roasting, gradually sinking to the bottom. The whole process takes up from 5 to 7 minutes. After reaching the lowest point, kebab is ready and a cook just takes a skewer, puts on lavash bread or dish, removes from the skewer and serves the customer, putting the necessary additions. Furthermore, several skewers with ready shish kebab are available on the tray in the bottom part of the grill - this allows serving customers quickly and reducing waiting time, and it is an additional advantage for fast food outlet.
