Description of the production process

Flour sifterFlour is loaded to the flour sifter from where it is fed to vacuum sluice-batcher by vertical screw, after this it gets to the chamber of high-speed mixer. To the same place the water is soaked by vacuum through the calibrated opening.

In the mixer flour is mixed with water and gets to a two-chamber (to increase the duration of mixing and better ripening of the dough) dough kneading machine, from where it is picked out by screw and extruded through the spinnerets of the extrusion die, which determine the shape of a specific product.

Thus, the entire process, from flour feed by hopper, occurs in vacuum conditions. This, in combination with high-speed kneading, imparts properties enabling to obtain products of excellent quality, to the dough. Greater accuracy of dough humidity keeping is provided by vacuum sluice-batcher’s revolutions control with the help of frequency converter.

From the extrusion die pasta is cut with a rotating knife and gets to conveyor which transfers pasta to the incline conveyor with blades. Incline conveyor fed product to the stacker which evenly distributes pasta all over the net of the upper tier of the drying chamber. In the drying chamber pasta is poured few times with a tier to tier for deeper drying. Besides, different modes and temperature zones are foreseen in the chamber.

After the exit of drying chamber pasta is processed with steam for a second time Packaging machine(to allay tension after the drying) and transferred to a stabilizing conveyor to evaporate residual moisture from the surface and for cooling. From the conveyor a product is loaded into the storage hopper for final stabilization.

The final step is packaging in bags on the packaging machine.
